Mike, in your PokerStove image for this range 66+,A9s+,KTs,QTs+,JTs,ATo+, why do you include QTs and KTs and A9s , but not KQs and KJs ?

Hi ZomB, this is a very good question. As it turned out, when I ran the equity numbers, KQs and KJs were very slightly -EV to raise, given the parameters that I used in my example. And I do mean "very slightly -EV", it was something like -.03bb or -.02bb in EV for each hand. This result did surprise me greatly, so I ran the numbers a few times and came up with the same result. I suspect that the ranges that I assigned for the other players just happened to be the right ranges to make QTs and KTs better than KQs and KJs.
