For Full Ring, lots of people think this Guide by Sir Cuddles is good.

An oldie but goodie. 2008 Compilation...tons of 6Max stuff. I particularly had my game elevated by Tien's 6Max Fundamentals.

As far as published books to read, this link is to a Jan2012 thread that is getting some action...even though it is titled "Top 10 Poker Books" Can there really be good information with a title like that?
