Actually your bet doesn't give him anywhere near correct odds to call on the flop, and he still makes a bad decision on the turn. In each case it is about 4-1 against him making his flush, and you aren't giving him nearly 4-1 pot odds with either bet. Don't confuse yourself with the rule of 2 and 4 and think that on the flop he has about a 1 in 3 chance of getting a flush. That is only if he sees the river, but your bet that he has to call is just to see one card. Since you followup with an all-in on the turn, you are giving him bad odds twice and he just got lucky. That doesn't mean you did anything wrong.
