No Limit Hold'em - Beating the Micro Stakes: Crushing Micro Stakes & Small Stakes Poker by Thomas Mitchell
Any book that discusses strategy with the thought process (or lack thereof) of a typical micro stakes player in mind should be helpful. However, I'd steer clear of the more generalized books because many strategies that work at higher stakes fail miserably at the micros.

Here is a graph of the last 90kish hands I've experimented with at NL2,NL5, & NL10. PTbb/100 for this sampling is just over 5.5/100 (or 11bb/100). The swings at the end of the graph depict experimentation with a more loose-aggressive style of post-flop play.
Could you also state what your standard deviation was over this sample? Thanks.

Although most the info in this book is on 2p2 and free, you have to get through a lot of BS and bad info the find it. If you want 1 source of good info without the BS, this is the book to get.
