I am primarily interested in obtaining PLO hand histories for analysis.
Free would be nice.
Are there any good sites. Thanks

I know you can download handhistories on Pokertableratings.com
Not free though. Why you need them? PLO forum not answering your needs?

I believe there are 5 areas to study to move from beginner to expert
They are
1. Opening hands
2. Flop reading
3. Odds and outs
4. Hand reading and deception
5. Betting tactics

I would like to analyze about a few hundred hands played by decent players covering each area. I could play and analyze my own hands. But since preparation is the best defense against disaster, I thought it best and cheaper to learn from other peoples mistakes. At least in the beginning.

The forum is great. I just wanted a collection of hands to look at.
Thanks for the reply

You're not going to get hh's for free.

It's like $30 for a few hundred thousand hands on PTR or $30 for a months membership of a training site. I know which I'm spending my money on.

I just looked at ptr. If I want examples of correct play, but still want to see bad play, what stake level do you think is best? That is I want a mix of good and bad players. But more good ones.
I was thinking 1-2 or 2-4. But maybe higher stakes would be better

If you only want to look at a few hundred hands, then a hand history seller isn't what you want. They sell in the hundreds of thousands, for computer analysis. Just to go High Stakes DB and use their replayer:

http://www.highstakesdb.com/poker-hands.aspx

You can even pick your favorite online pro's hands if you want.

The only thing is, these are only for stakes $50/$100 and up.
