Does anyone know where UTHE can currently be played in LV? Live or machine?

Live, there are plenty of places. Caesars properties have a table game finder and Caesars Palace, Flamingo, Ballys, Paris, Planet Hollywood, and Rio all have it. I'd assume a handful of MGM properties have it as well.

As for the machine versions, when I was there in December, there was a ShuffleMaster machine at Binions that allowed you to play it as cheap as a $1 ante. I can't vouch if it's still there though.

Ok, thanks. I've looked at a handful of places (including Binion's and Rio, but maybe I didn't look hard enough) so far and the only thing close I've seen is THE Bonus. I'll check out Caesar's.

Binions no longer has this as a machine. The only machine version I know of left in Las Vegas is at Vegas Club next to Binions. In that game you can get the same card(s) as another player at the table so keep that in mind.

Haven't been to Vegas in a couple years but when I was there I played at TI, Wynn, Casino Royale, and Hooter's (machine version), in addition to several others already mentioned. Be wary of machines, a lot of them don't pay the Blind when you have a straight.
