Yes, its a Jacks or Better game, 98.2%. I get a kick out of people that put up "show off" pictures like that....but they are playing a game with huge negative expectation.

Been meaning to share this story for a few weeks.

Playing JOB at Borgata. Next to me is the stereotypical couple where the guy is trying to show how smart he is to his gf who is standing behind him, explaining how the game works, explainign why he is holding what he is, telling her what cards he needs before every draw etc .

Him to gf: Ugh! I hate getting two pairs. I only get the full house once every dozen or so times.

Me, not nearly as under my breath as I think I am: Math checks out.

Him: What did you say?

Me: huh? oh, nothing, complaining about my machine.

Her (showing she knows way more than she has let on until now): He said 'math checks out' because you have a 4 in 47 chance to hit your boat which is one every dozen or so. And why would you hate getting dealt a winning hand?

I do admit to being disappointed that it didn't end with the two of them leaving together with the (former) bf standing there with his thumb up his ass.

Hey guys--I've played around 600K hands of .25c fpdw and I'm missing 10 deuces and 5 royals ;( I'm thinking about moving down to .10c fdpw..which leads me to this hypothetical question. Let's say someone is missing 5 quarter deuces and then plays 10K hands of dimes and hits seven dime deuces which brings him back to expectation on deuces. In what fashion does he get his missing $$ back from the quarter deuces? tks.

You can get back to back deuces...

I've had back to back 4AWK playing DDB...

I've seen back to back royals too (not mine but next to the lady)...

In my opinion, a good site for video poker should include the most played variants such as Deuces Wild, Double Joker, Jacks or Better etc.
Other hallmarks of the best casinos are the offered bonuses and the mobile platform, but these two comes right after the game's variety. More information on the best video poker casinos can be found at https://www.topratedcasinosites.co.u...s/video-poker/

Hey guys-- I've played over a million hands of fpdw all at .25c (tks for your advice browni) and I'm missing 14 deuces...Ive been home in California for Xmas and Ive been staying sharp practicing fpdw on the wizardofodds website...Ive hit 4 sets of deuces playing less than 1000 hands...does practicing on vp simulators affect real life machines? Am I now missing 10 deuces instead of 14 or not?? tks.

yes stop playing free apps immediately and bump up your live stakes, you're in the early stages of a heater and about to get all the deuces back

You need "practice" after playing a million hands?

There are no memories on VP machines. You can get Deuces back to back, you can also go without getting one for thousands of hands.

I should add... This is mostly on Multi Line games... Especially 50 or 100 play VP... Dealt 4oak with no chance to improve, you hear CHANGGGGG, CHANGGGG, CHANGGGGG, 100 times... You kinda wish the power would go out or the game freeze so it would stop...

Played a session today and for first time ran ridiculously over EV. Hit quads five times in an hour and half session. Still have yet to hit a royal, and have hit 1 SF which was in vegas. I feel like I play pretty close to optimal but the Royal still eludes me. But the session today I ran really good.

Old guy next to me was shadowing his wife and said, "Don't go for the royal flush, you will never hit it".

I hit I believe 7 or 8 royals in 2017, which averaged out to basically one every 2-3 day trip. Plus I only play single-line, so 7 or 8 royals is ridiculous.

Since then I've hit exactly 1. VP giveth and VP taketh away!

I've played 1,979,171 hands of .25c fpdw and I'm 20 deuces below expectation! Is there a mathematical limit to how bad it can get? The more hands you play the closer you should get to expectation..Is there some kind of math formula that you can use to determine how many deuces you can be missing?? I play with a .76 edge and lets just say expectation is 50 million hands. I need a math wizard to help me figure this out please. tks.

I use a player's card and at the end of every session I write down how many points that I have earned and convert that into hands played.

I'm no deuces expert.... but if you are holding anything more than deuces you're going to not hit as many.
