The most money I have ever won is $750 on 50 Dragons. I played $2.50 and almost got a full screen of the Dragon, the top symbol with the dragon eggs as wilds, and was happy when I got the $750 win! So what is the most money you have ever won on a slot machine?

i think my biggest handpay this year is 4400 several 2k plus.

One time I won a $5500 hand pay on a $2 progressive VP (four aces plus 2,3,4). I took my money and told the guy, "Don't go anywhere." 15 min later I won another $5000 on the machine next to it, also 4 aces. What are the odds? 400 million to one? If I can beat that I can beat one of the big lotteries (fingers crossed).

I am not a slot player, but every once in awhile I used to pitch in $5 with a few friends on a mini progressive slot that costs $3 per spin, and we split whatever we win. We never hit the progressive but did have a few couple hundred dollar payouts. The progressive rarely gets over $1000.

One day I’m at the casino without my friends and notice the progressive is really high, like $1900. I have never seen it that high so I’m tempted to play and wondering if it’s even +EV, but this old lady is sitting their funneling hundreds in. I go to play poker and come back every once in awhile just to see the same lady funneling in her hundreds. After a few hours I am walking by to check again and notice she’s finally getting up, so I decide to plop in and take a $100 shot. It’s around $2000 now. First spin nothing... second spin nothing... third spin jackpot and the poor lady is still within earshot. Remarkably, she’s actually a good sport about it and even congratulated me.

I told my friends, haven’t touched slots since then and am up lifetime at slots.

I rarely play slots - On any given trip I'll put in a grand total of maybe $20 on megabucks, $50 on $1 WoF, and maybe $40 on other random slots. I think the most I've ever won on a slot is a $200 hit on WoF.

If you're counting VP as slots, I've hit numerous $1,000 royals on 25c single-line VP. I've still yet to hit a handpay on anything, and likely never will because 99% of my gambling is on games where handpays aren't even possible.

When I visited Europe last year I decided to play slots for the first time in my life and I won 1300 euro which is like almost 1500 dollars.. I was very lucky back then, but I have never tried to play slots again...

my biggest personal hit was a $10,000 jackpot on the Sons of Anarchy machine. I dont really play slots unless I'm killing time waiting for someone but that game was by far the best I've ever played.

Years ago I had a £31,000 ($40k roughly) hit off Dead or Alive by Net Ent.

Yeah it was a shocker to say the least, the first thing I did was play the 10 cent $2.50/pull lightning link and immediately won another $800 and then just bolted out of the casino.

Basically I consider it being struck by lightning and the first thing I did was immediately pay off 3-4K in credit card debt, a few household splurges and then pocketing the rest. No hookers or blow for me as I’m expecting my first kid in September so probably a good time for it to happen to me as my earlier days would have been full on degen mode

Would spend hours on slots until I started thinking that all slots are is people loses that other people win when enough money has been lost.

A couple of hundred or so on a quarter machine. I'm cheap so I was betting the minimum. If I had bet the maximum and it wasn't that much more, the same symbols would have probably triggered two events.

This is weird. This guy played a slot machine at the Emerald Queen on I5.

He put in $40 and cashed out $180 in about 10 minutes (so win $140).

This was on a 1 cent machine where every spin was max bet (like $1.50 or $2.00 per spin).

He pressed the "spin" button 3 times per second until he won the $140 then cashed out.

So, there might be a "trick" or "hack" to win on these slots.

What was even more unbelievable; when he cashed out he said, "Now I got my roulette money."

If we count VP, $73k+. Not really that impressive -- it was $5 full pay triple spin (9x3=27 lines) triple double poker, and I was playing all lines. So, $675 bet per hand and the top prize (dealt royal or dealt AAAA+kicker) is 27 x $20k = $540k.

I did hit a $32k+ hand about 5 minutes later on the same machine, though, so it was a good day.

Have only played the slots 4 times in my life. First time lost $2. Second time won $110 of $2 then quiting and clubing the rest of the night. Lost $10 the third time i played which was years after I won on the second time i played. Lost another $10 the 4th time i played. All live slots/pokies in a pub/bar.

Don't plan or think about playing them again.
