Hello,
I have some questions/ facts about EVG that makes me wonder if they are rigged.

Facts:
1.
They are not an online Casino, Therefore they dont have a casino licence.
And of that reason they are not ever controlled by local authorities in Latvia.
2.
They claim Alderney Gaming Ass. regulates their games. Thaat is kind of true, however AGC does only licence equipment before installed. Games in progress are not regulated by them.
3.
I can not fine any proof of ever any unanounced control of this video studio in Riga.

Questions.
1.
Would it be possible to rig this? By rigging I mean make sure the numbers with the smallest payouts of all bets always win.
2.
For what casino and who regulates my play if I play for lets say Betsson?
Malta Licence for a game in Riga not licenced there and played online in Norway?
3.
When you enter thorough some sites like Mr Green to EVG it says on my screen I am leaving Malteese juristiction. So who is then responsible?
4.
if this is all so legit, why can not anyone take some responsibility and come with some answers?

There is certainly the possibility that they are rigged, as in they have the ability to undetectably do so.

However, I'd say this is more unlikely than likely just given how profitable their operation is, NetEnt is struggling to compete against them when they once could have easily swallowed them up.

I don't really have any specific answers for your questions but to be honest, even if all the issues you brought up were properly dealt with (ADC regulating etc), that would still not stop them from rigging in an undetectable way if they are malicious.

Short answer, nobody knows but them

None of the legislative/jjurisdictional factors have historically had any noticeable influence over the existence of cheating in the seventeen years I've been doing it. Regulators are just people casinos have to bribe to go away.
You are wasting your time giving a ****: you have a child's faith in the legal system.

Online casinos are kept honest for one reason and one reason only: they make more money not cheating players.

Some jurisdictions take rigged games more seriously so in Latvia it is possible that a blind eye is turned.

That said it doesn't mean this is or isn't happening but it also doesn't mean that something can't be done about it. None of these jurisdictions like to be shamed as reputable gaming companies that use them would put pressure on them to clean up the mess, or face them leaving.

If you remember back in the day with the Absolute Poker super user scandal, the gaming jurisdiction was Kahnawake and they wanted to let this slide but realized later that this was making mainstream news.

If you really want to prove there are rigged games going on, you are going to want to record the hands in video and convert the data into a table so it can be analyzed. You can get the sleuths on 2+2 to handle or you can find or ask sites like thepogg.com that do gaming maths analysis. Anthony Curtis did gaming maths but unsure if he is retiring.

I have never seen unannounced controls in an evolution gaming studio....
I think this is a big problem!
And cheating is very, very easy for them......

At least Evolution Gaming should publish the roulette permanences, so the players could verify with the 2/3-law if they do fairplay or cheating!
But I´ve never seen Evolution Gaming permanences..... seems to be a well kept secret. Players should do some pression to the studios, via live support or directly to Evolution Gaming. If they are not cheating, there should be no problem to see the permanences....
