It takes a while. 3-4 days for mine iirc.

If you haven't yet received your card, it's because I need to review the surveys and then order the gift cards myself, so I have them sent out about once/week. You should use your University email for all correspondence having to do with the study, not some gimmick gmail account. Your IRB will not be happy.
