QuatroCasino (aka CasinoRewards ) scammed me!

Hi,
I just want to let you know that I was involved in scamming scheme from CasinoRewards . If you go on webmaster forums these days, you will find thousands of accounts from decent, honest people who say that some online casinos scammed them. Here is my story about CasinoRewards and how they scammed me, hoping that you will not make my mistakes to play in this casino network.
Usually I am not playing in online casino, since I am poker player i know very well that the math is not in my favour in these casino games. So one day i received a bonus promotion, telling me that if i deposit at least 1 eur, i will get immediately 20 eur.I read the terms of the promo telling me that i will be able to withdraw my money once i put at least 1000 eur on risk.
So I decided to deposit and have some fun, never expecting NOT to lose my money. However, after i reached the bonus requirements i had like 600++ EUR in my account, so i decided to request cashout for 550 EURto my moneybookers account. The rest of the money i lost in different games.I read in their FAQ, that they need from 1 to 2 business days to approve the payment and send the money.... After 4 business days i contacted their live support asking them what happend with my money. They said that i have to send them ID copies, CC copies and Utillity Bill for the account verification.Thats not really a problem so i sent these documents right away. The problem was that they are supposed to contact me through email or phone to ask me for the documents, right? In stead they just waited for me to reach their live support... here is where the things start getting messy.
After 4-5 days my account was locked and all my winnings confiscated. The reason is that the name of my Moneybookers account and the name of my casino account are different .
I sent them like 4-5 emails wanting to get some kind of proof that the names are different. Most of the time they are ignoring me, but sometimes send me back an answer with 1 sentence which is something like that
"As we have advised you we have concluded our investigation on your account." .I told them that I am willing to send them screenshots proving that the names of my accounts are same, but they are simply ignoring me.
Here is the screenshot from my CasinoRewards account where you can see my name:

And here is my Moneybookers screenshot where you can also see my name:

I am sending the link of this thread to their support now, really hoping they will finally stop ignoring me and answer in frount of all the members here.
PS:This account in 2+2 actually belongs to a pretty close friend of mine who let me open the thread using his account.
Thanks.

Re: QuatroCasino (aka CasinoRewards ) scammed me!

why not just open your own account here.

[ ] online casino's are completely honest and legit.

I once had cool cat casino deny my big withdrawl because they gave me a $50 bonus through email with no deposit so I got lucky on a slot machine and won a jackpot. They took the money and told me that I received a bonus a few years ago and I can't have 2 bonuses in a row. I sent a few emails to them but I never received any money. In fact about a month later I got another email telling me I had $50 free play in my account for being a loyal customer.

i had great success with intercasino before they moved out of the US. They used to give a 100% match bonus every month upto $200. I had nice cash outs 11 out of 15 months that I was able to play on there.

If someone want to see the development of this issue you can read it here --> http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...hildobrev.html .
At the end, when i finally show proof from MB that the CasinoRewards worker Renee is lying about changing my name, they automatically banned me and put on the scene another silly reason that i ve cheated the casino.
They didnt even give me the opportunity to defend myself

You say you have problems with Quatro Casino, but on the picture you insterted about your CR account we can read: Zodiac Casino. Would you make this clear? Is the Casino Rewards account on the picture the same that belongs to your Quatro account?

OP seems to have a habit of using multiple identities. Interesting, that.

Re: QuatroCasino (aka CasinoRewards ) scammed me!

My QuatroCasino is locked so i cannot make screenshoot from it.
CasinoRewards is account that combine all your casino accounts from CR network.I have two - Zodiac and Quatro, but since Quatro locked/deleted my account it canno be seen there, but you can see the points i ve made there.
However this is not put in doubt by anybody. What CR claimed now is that i withdrawed not to my own MB account but to someone elses account :X
Why would i do that since i have my own MB account, that is verified and never used in CasinoRewards?
Its also good to say that first 2 weeks they were claiming that i have changed my MB name and as soon as i proved them wrong, they changed their reason and banned me from Casinomeister. Now they are ignoring me and not giving me any proof that i withdrawed to other MB account. So i feel kind of helpless at the moment.
If you have any advice please give it.
Its not really about the money anymore, its all about clearing my name and punishing these lying and corrupted people.

Re: QuatroCasino (aka CasinoRewards ) scammed me!

this quote is from a member that concludes what happend in the thread in CM.
Quote:
So in such a mess, I can also imagine this: Renée tried to threaten the player, she said they have info from MB on the name change, she said she tried to change her account name and she could, so the OP should remain silent. Then on the other hand OP presented proof, so CR came up with a new fake reason, and in the end the OP was banned. Is there proof against that it didn't happen like this? The only proof so far was presented by the OP whom you banned, while that proof was corresponding to the previous claims of the OP.

I can understand that you don't like what I am writing, but accoarding to common sense the case seems like this. And there is no lie if I write such summaries that I wrote before. So far, we, readers, met responses from the Rep, they turned out to be untrue, we met the claims of the OP, and it was proved the claim is true. So far the OP was the only one whose words turned out to be credible, who presented proof, and the Rep was the one who turned out to be saying untrue things. Yet the OP who presented the proof was banned. Excuse me, but I am unable to conclude credibility of the forum accoarding to this, if I imagine I am an outsider, I come here, and read the thread. The only conclusion I can draw is that the OP presented proof, yet he was banned. Okay, he was accused of something else later, but why didn't you wait until he makes a new move? At least what he claimed first was credible, yet you don't give him a chance. But you give a chance to the info from CR, when so far they turned out to be liars. Okay, maybe they are not, there was misunderstanding, etc., but so far there is no proof here presented on their side but only messy responses.

And by the way, Meister, can you describe us how is it possible to cheat the casino the way the player did it? It seems the cashier doesn't allow to withdraw to an e-mail you haven't used before to deposit. I deposited to Casino Action in the past, I have just tried to change the direction of the withdrawal to a different e-mail, and the cashier doesn't change to the newly added one, only the old one is allowed that I used to deposit. So how could the player initiate a withdrawal to a secondary account?

Re: QuatroCasino (aka CasinoRewards ) scammed me!

Don't you have a confirmation e-mail received from the Casino after you initiated the withdrawal? In that e-mail your moneybookers e-mail may be included.

Anyway, as I see Quatro doesn't offer deposit 1 USD get 20 USD promos, they have 100 USD no deposit required. So it seems strange to me you received that promo. Nostalgia Casino have that but Quatro doesn't.

Re: QuatroCasino (aka CasinoRewards ) scammed me!

If you received a confirmation letter about your withdrawal, and that can prove you initiated the payment to your own MB account, I suggest you open a blog, and post your problem with proofs you presented here and at Casinomeister, to leave a mark on the web. Later if similar things happen, maybe it can help others. Casino Rewards is fooling players continuously. Considering this even if we cannot be sure you are telling the truth, it's not worth leaving the case as it is. Casinomeister also behaves strangely when it comes to Casino Rewards cases, he doesn't seem to care at all what happens there, and agrees on calling players abusers by the casino at the same time they are clearly not. It is even in opposition to his own mission statement. There is proof about that Casino Rewards is fooling players, and seeing the response you got from their representative, that corresponds very well to their history. So make a blog, post your problem, and let the future solve it. If you are telling the truth, you have chance it will. If not, well, then learn how to behave correctly, but even in that case Casino Rewards deserves all this, because they are not correct either.

Does it involve a rope and a high platform?
A shovel and a walk in the countryside?
