now this is something I would be interested in betting on

With three quality of the car is the only thing I can think of. It's almost like a vacation with three just go on 6 hour shifts or something. Drive-Sleep-Passenger you'll get to see some parts of the country and basically have an easy day. With one some management issues (and physical issues) come into play and at least some edges start to get pushed a little though most anybody who would take the bet could complete it easily.

With three drivers who are somewhat normal humans and a well-maintained car his side is almost like betting you don't get struck by lighting in the next week. If you get a choice in other drivers obviously mechanical ability from one of them would be a plus if you're just trying to cover all your bases. Also take enough cash on you to where if your alternator goes out or something you can get it taken care of in a timely fashion. That's really all I can see. I mean with one there's kind of that aspect of "will he not be used to this and get in an accident" or "maybe he'll take a break and somehow end up sleeping 14 hours instead of 4" with three the only worry I can think of is the car. GL/you shouldn't need it.

Do you have a pilots license?

I had a friend when I was in college who would "hitchhike" around the country by going to local airports, chatting with the locals, finding out what flight plans had been filed, and offering to sit in the second seat. He could usually do a cross county trip for free in less than two days.

It's like a stone cold killer slipping into heaven haggling for a corner lot.

GL blowing it if this whole thing is true.

100% true, just trying to get enough value to make it worth sitting in a car for 5 days as well as paying for the rental car, gas, food and paying the other 2 drivers

Re: Prop bet

Wish I was out that way. Would do it for free as long as you and the other guy were decent people. I'd for sure do it for anybody I considered even a gambling aquaintance and would be insulted to take money (though if the guy wanted any more action than he was getting I'd want a crack at it). It's basically a vacation if it's with people you like.
