Hello. My nickname on PokerStars "mashroom0012" .
After I win 38000$ at the casino my account was blocked.
I got a Royal Flush in the game Casino Holdem.

I play in More than one month was passed, I provided various documents, credit cards and more, but there is no result... You are such respected company and your company can't quickly resolve this problem or you are loyal only when your customers lose money in your institution.

Please help me to resolve this situation ASAP.

Over the past 1.5 months I have received from them 2 emails for email.
First they asked for documents,then two photos my credit cards, then two bank Statements.
I'm sent, and they fell silent.

If you just write and ask them what was going on, they answer wait for an answer.
I Won on July 3 that day with my account is frozen.
I collected a Royal Flush. Game - Casino Holdem.

I have a screenshot, but add here I dont want to. I'm afraid that hackers can steal my account.
How can you help me?
