I have discovered a software defect with carbon casino. After playing multiple hands of video poker in practice mode, I left my computer and went to dinner. At no point did I close out of the practice session. When I returned home, my browser automatically refreshed the page. Unfortunately I was not aware of this at the time. Instead of leaving me in practice mode, it actually took me to real money. Unknowingly, I played two hands at $50 each. It wasn't until 15 minutes later that I realized my balance was $100 short. Not realizing what had actually happened, I reached out to chat support who was less than helpful. Being an IT product analyst, I took it upon myself to figure out what had actually happened. This morning, I did the exact same thing. Opened a practice session of video poker, left it sitting for a few hours while my computer slept. When I came back, the page refreshed. Instead of leaving me on practice mode, it took me to real money. The funny thing is, it took me to the double or nothing feature of the second hand I played. I had never finished the hand, so I was able to recoup about $20. I called support and spoke with both a rep and their manager. Neither person gave a damn that their software moved me from practice to real money without me choosing to do so. This all happens when the page is refreshed. According to them the software works "perfectly".

Probably does work perfectly lol they prob designed it to do that.

If you were in real mode and it refreshed you to practice mode, that would be a defect.
