I recently won a sizeable amount of money from 'Las Vegas USA Casino', I sent in a picture of the front and back of my card along with a picture of my passport. I received an email saying I had to fill out a 'Credit Card Agreement Form' which involves putting in my credit card # along with the expiry date. The end of it says 'knowing that my account information is private and that it is my responsibility to maintain the privacy of my account, hereby authorize LAVEGASUSA.EU to charge my credit card(s). We kindly ask you to print of this CREDIT CARD AGREEMENT FORM for your further reference. I further agree that this payment is irrevocable.'

I don't have much experience with online casinos but this seems a tad bit strange to me, could any please clarify if this is normal procedure and I'm whether or not I'm just being paranoid? Thanks.

There are some serious red lights there. Can't say for sure if it is a scam, but I would contact customer service and demand an explanation for why the casino feels it needs to be able to make withdrawals on your credit card in order to make payments to you. Sounds suspect.

@Omaha Boy Yes, this request is standard. How did your withdrawal with them go, if you had a sizeable one? This group had a change of management last year and I am curious how they are performing these days.
