I came across this video on youtube. I have already played a few games with my friends and it is an awesome gambling card game. Here is a link to the video with the rules.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=51sqemHfxGc

Here is the text of the rules if you dont want to watch the video.

Lakia is played with 4 players, using two standard 52 card decks combined, resulting in a single deck of 104 cards. Randomly decide who will go first. This player is the "dealer" for the first hand. The dealer goes first at the beginning of each new hand.
After the conclusion of each hand the player to the left becomes the dealer and so on until everyone has had a turn as the dealer. Once everyone has had a dealer turn the game is over.

Every player is dealt 10 cards. The dealer starts off the hand by drawing a card, then discarding a card. Then the player to his left draws and discards and so on in a clockwise fashion. You may not draw from the discard pile.
The object of the game is to form hands that satisfy the following mold: A pair and three 3 card combinations of straights or sets. The sets and pair can be of any suit, but the straights must be all of the same suit. Aces are always low. Here are 2 examples of winning hands. The pair will always be 2 cards and each set or straight must be 3 cards each.

A winning hand is composed of 11 cards meaning you will either draw the winning card from the deck, or your opponents will throw the winning card.

When a player is one card away from having a completed hand he is said to be ready.
If one of his opponents throws his winning card, he says "Lakia!" and shows everyone his winning hand.
If he draws the winning card himself he says, "Lakia!" and shows his winning hand.

Scoring:
The hand is worth 6 points. If the winning player is also the dealer he receives another 3 points.

If the hand was won by another player's discard, that player pays the full amount. If the player won by self draw, the other players split the payment.

ex #1:Player A is dealer and wins by self draw. Player A gets +9, Players B C and D get -3 each.
ex #2:Player A is not dealer and win's off of Player's B discard. Player A gets +6, and Player B gets -6.
ex #3:Player B wins off of Player C's discard. Player C is dealer. Player B gets +6, player C gets -6.

If no one has won and there are only 4 cards left in the deck the rules are as follows:

If no one or everybody is ready the hand is drawn.
If 1 player is ready the other 3 pay him 1 point.
If 2 players are ready the ones that aren't pay one point and the ready players get 1 point.
If 3 players are ready the non ready player pays 1 point to each ready player.

No, my friend from Russia taught me this game and told me that. I mean theoretically he could have made the game up though.
