Hello, I have been been looking for a site/program that can create a chart similar to the one below, but in a way that it can be altered based on true/running counts using the Hi-Lo system. Can anyone help?

I was referring to the Wizard of Odds charts, but it looks like they can't be linked.

Right, but for future reference you should never hotlink any images even if they work. It's a forum violation and has good reasons (stealing someone's bandwidth, etc.). That means don't just use the URL that points to some other site that has published the image. You have to put a copy of the image on a hosting server, like imageshack, photobucket, or one you own, and then use that to link here.
