Rio in Vegas definitely had a kiosk and I was told that CPLV has one too, but can't confirm it myself.

Re: CET Great Race to Rewards 2012 For 75000 TR Points ($750 Value)

I guess last year is our only reference point here, but when do the bonus RCs typically show up? All on the date they stated on the site or in sums as they're earned? I'd just like to enjoy the bonus for the 6-7 point threshold while I'm out in vegas rather than back here in PA...anybody know?

their website says all bonus points will be added by November 15th. Last year they said points would be to you by Oct 31st but they were late getting them out. There were some people who didnt get them for 2 weeks after. I am guessing that is why they just said by Nov 15th this time. If you go to last years thread and go to the last few pages you will see when people started posting they received their rewards.

Re: CET Great Race to Rewards 2012 For 75000 TR Points ($750 Value)

Here's my updates:

Rio in Vegas has broken kiosks. All the other casino's in vegas have them. Just go to harrahs to be safe. All the other locations that DON'T have kiosks and require ID's include the following:

Quote:
Council Bluffs
Cleveland
Joliet
Metropolis
As of tonight Hammond now has kiosks. Two right by the desk.

Points last year were added a few weeks late for some people last year, but when I called last year and inquired they were able to ad them right away. So yes, if you wait it might take a week or two, but if you call you can probably get them added right away.

Harrah's Chester/ Philadelphia has 1 kiosk running (when I went at 8pm on a Thursday) but it was not in the mass of poker-room-level-kiosks they usually reserve for football pickem or car giveaways...it was between the parking garage and main casino floor.

Are you saying that you can see online how many points you've already earned? How so?

I actually called to verify. Pretty much said ..

"How many tier points did you see I earned in Chester on <date>?"

Assuming you get a knowledge rep they'll be able to confirm you did get the correct amount of points and how many you have on your account.

-We have to earn 25 tier credits at each destination.
-Every $5 played on a slot machine = 1 tier credit.

Does this mean we have to spend $125 playing slots at each destination?

$125 of coin in for slots or $250 of coin in for Video Poker.

Estimating a return of 90% for slots and 98% for VP, it's theoretically costing you $12.50 for slots or $5 for VP to get your 25 points.

Other way (not neccisarly recommended) is to play video roulette. For ever $20 played you get 1 tier point. So you could just bet 100 on red and 100 on black. Do that 2.5 times (without a 0 or 00) and you get your points.

Once again .. not recommended. Just another option.

Thanks for the replies.

So poker is out of the question correct? I know you get something like 17 tier credits/hr of live poker play, but I assuming this isn't the same as the slots/table game right. Can we just go to each destination and play 2 hours of poker?

Compared to last year, this sounds like a waste of time. Completing this would leave us at Break-even or maybe a small $50 profit. Not worth the time and effort.

Yes, 2 hours of live poker will also cover the requirement. There is no restriction on what games you play in the rules. I did this at Hammond recently while playing 6/12 HORSE. Hell, the 25 Tier Credit requirement can be also be reached by hotel/gift shop purchases according to the official rules.

It is def not as good as last year, but if you have a lot of CET destinations near you, it could be worth it if you can earn $500 or $750. I have my g/f going with me, so she will be getting the same $750 that I will.
