I play a very specific game of blackjack, and (no I don't count cards) I have somewhat of my own system, and it works well for me so I'm sticking to it.... I need to find a table that does 8 decks in the shoe, Stands on all 17s, and pays 3 to 2...I'm not worried about surrender or DAS, but as far as the minimum bet, $25 is the highest I can go for MINIMUM bet tables (as per my bankroll dictates)

Ive heard 'Borgata, Resorts, and Trump Plaza have 8d, s17 for under $25 minimum' however Ive also heard at some of the lower bet tables have a .25 cent fee to place a $1.00 bet, is this the case for those?....I live in MD and ive heard a rumor national harbor has a 25 table that will do s17 if you catch them off peak hours, but I'm not sure if its an 8 deck shoe (which is essential to my system) so I'm getting ready to look to Atlantic city to see if I can find my table (always pick your battles on your own terms when you can right?) and I was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction as to where I might find such a table in MD/DC/Atlantic city preferably, or hell just in general. So like same rules with two decks your "system" doesn't work?

I know a couple places in chicagoland that meet all your requirements but don't have enough decks. Maybe they'd add some if you asked, it's in their favor.

Every casino in Pennsylvania has exactly what you're looking for. The state gaming board requires all BJ tables to offer S17/surrender. I know with certainty that the Philly area casinos use 8 deck shoes. The others likely do as well.

I haven't been to National Harbor myself but I believe they pay 6-5 on low limit tables.
