To sell them out there, you'd ideally need a piece of dirt to set them on. From there, you could probably do alright word of mouth/craigslist. But keep in mind, it's still a competitive business, because these guys will buy over the internet and have stuff shipped in. Housing is in high demand though so that's the direction I would try to go.
The problem with the bar idea is that these people are ROUGH to deal with. No offense to anyone out there, but these guys make a TON of cash, and when they get to kick back, they party HARD. Drugs and prostitution in the back HARD.
Plus the entry expenses have sky rocketed.
If you don't mind the long hours and the hard work, go work in the field and make $100-200k a year. But be forewarned, it's not easy work, and you probably won't last long.
