Thoughts on owning AirBnB rental

I got a place in the City of London, UK.
Rents here dropped a little due to Brexit and some uncertainty, but Airbnb seems to have a lot of demand. I just finished getting the place fully renovated and now need to kit it out, then will give Airbnb a go.
I can only rent out the whole place for 90 days a year. Laws always want to stop you. If I am living there I can rent out the other bedrooms.
