well the problem is it was a real situation in that i was trying to become a house flipper but then i had to troll and add things like underground tunnels and then had to make it more extravagent because you want trolling to get out of control instead of asking for real advice because why would anyone be serious on the internet
also i don't think that guy is real. i know some guy who does this and runs a company called wishing well llc or something and a bunch of the houses on the show actually belong to them and they were never sold for the prices listed

Yeah they never showed what the houses actually sold for, they just showed his list price.
