Starting Business, Need Help with how to advertise/categorize it? Starting Business, Need Help with how to advertise/categorize it?

So I live in a pretty wealthy area. People like Dick Wolfe (producer of Law & Order), Martha Stewart, Johnny Depp, and numerous other poeple have second vacation homes here. So there's a lot of money to tap into.

One thing we don't have around here is a business to where the customer can just call you, and you have someone go out and do the work.
Example would be Bob calls me to get his lawn mowed, some elctrical work done, his windows washed, and catering set up. He wants it done by the end of the week. So I gather up a couple of reliable business's, and send him a estimate with my markup, and I give these guys a go ahead to do the work. Now I know that these are what caretakers are for. But kids have been kind of grandfathered into these positions and aren't doing them. So the customers are looking to go elsewhere.

Now my question is, what would I advertise myself as? Seems the closest i can get is business referrals, but that is sounding like just the opposite, where the business comes to pay me to refer them to customers. Not really a directory. I've done a bit of research on google and haven't come acrossed anything.

Any Ideas?

Kounterfit Property Services

"One Call Takes Care of it All"

I'm doing something similar for rental property owners.

That could work, although the first thing that "domestic" calls to my mind is housekeepers and such.

Whatever the name, I'm sure your business cards/brochures/website will spell out the range of the services you'll be offering.

What you are talking about doing is called a "concierge" service.

Someone calls you with any type of request and you just get it done, no matter what it takes or who you outsource to, but its your job just to make sure it gets done and done to the customers specifications and requests. If Johnny Depp needs his yard or landscaping done to his home, he most likely has a personal assistant who figures it out for him.

Maybe you need to create a website that covers the area with news, features, events etc. in which businesses in the area can advertise. Maybe come up with a local free zine with local stories, news, events, real estate listings and again, sell advertising. My guess is that something like this already exists.

I'm just going to start small at first. I made a commitment to get my boss through the summer, which is 60-70 hours a week. So I'm just going to start by word of mouth, then if it goes well than I advertise other ways.
