I'm considering putting a large portion of my investments into foreign country etfs that have been growing slowly and ignored for a while. Skipping over fast growing/falling stocks for fear of buying high or trying to catch falling knives. Also avoiding completely stagnant markets. Just looking for quiet regions drifting up so I can sell in a few years when they're making headlines and become trendy.
