Question Scheduling Website for Math Tutor

I am self-employed as a math tutor. Since I have quite a few students now, scheduling by phone and email with 20+ busy students and parents is no longer sustainable. I need a better way to handle scheduling.

Can anybody recommend a good website or software package for this? I need something simple and cheap.

Thanks!

Site actually looks pretty cool, but the monthly prices seem kinda steep for some simple services. I mean most of the basic service can just be completed using google docs/spreadsheets.

Not sure if you have an iphone, macbook, ipad etc....But if you search apps for schedule planners, there are a handful of choices.

public google docs is right, but he'd want to set up a google sites w/ calendar instead of the excel. Pretty much as simple and cheap (free) as it gets. My friend is a private math tutor and she does this exact thing. Here's her website if you need an idea (click on the 'view my schedule' link, obv): Math Tutoring

- I have iNothing
- Has anybody tried timetrade.com?
- Ideally the product does not require a google doc or google account, since not all the parents and students have one of those

They don't need an account to see your calendar slots. They wouldn't be able to book appointments though.

It looks like a google scheduling app might be the way to go...

Some of them are free.

Has anybody tried any of these?

https://www.appointmentreminder.org/

is also pretty good (since it calls them in advance to remind them).
