Hoping for some advice.

I'm working on several IM projects for the moment, but along with my own trading+coaching activities, other projects and the limits of hitting the US market fully as a european, I have considered looking for a business partner for one of my projects.

Any thoughts on this?

I have previously been screwed over myself by previous partners for quite a few $$$, so I'm already a bit hesitant to finding someone else to work with.

Being in the IM business, how does one go around securing himself the best way, in order not to get screwed?

X and Y starts website.com
both have access to hosting+domain?

What if Y suddenly decides to change passwords and move the domain and site to a new account and freeze out X? (This happened to me a few years ago for a pretty high value site, and there was nothing really I could do about it.)

Don't partner with anyone you haven't worked with on a smaller scale before. In other words, date around before you marry.

The only partnerships I've ever done were with people I knew very well and worked with before on smaller scale. Zero problems.

I would agree on the last part - but in cases, such as mine right now, that would then mean, it's close to impossible finding an overseas partner? At least if you need some sort of security?

Anyone who know of others who have made it work?
