Funding broker account with skrill?

Im interested in opening and funding a broker account with skrill.
I would be looking to purchase stock-indexes and bonds. I have no interest in forex.
However, all the skrill-accepting brokers I can find, seem to focus on forex.
Any suggestions to trustworthy brokers? I am a EU citizen, if that matters.
