I went to Sweetgreens today just to try it out. It was disturbingly overpriced and no better than any random deli/grocer in NYC.

And Chase sent me a fraud alert for suspicious activity.

For a chain in NYC to get those reviews is impressive. It is a great company.

Sweetgreen is very good and by far the best of the fast casual salad chains in NYC imo (Chop't, Fresh & Co, etc). It's on the expensive side but not unreasonable for NYC, great ingredients/dressings, and they're generally quite efficient.

To say they're not a better salad than a random NYC grocer is a pretty lol statement.

My problem with Freshii is the name is too close to another restaurant called Fresh, which is a vegan restaurant that I never want to step foot in. I thought they were the same store for the longest time until I went in one about 40 metres from where I am living. I like their burritos, don't feel gross after eating one like fat bastard burritos
