It would have been an exaggeration if he had said they only have 50% employee turnover. It is, in fact, much higher than that.

sorry,hack. i was yawning at the link to an 8 year old Forbes "contributor" post as a reliable source. at least she's not chatty & only posts once every 8 years.
yep there is a typo, cfa turnover 20-30% for hourlies & not 2-3%. In some regions they are 10-15% over ten year sample, many,many cases of turn <5% & so many,many
stores that have not lost an hourly in years. not guessing, btw.

nothing personal,your questions are great, but i have just lost interest in replying the thread. meant to ask mods to lock. to fully answer how to eval a franchisor
