Hey, I did buy a house with my brother with poker money.

The funny thing is, we play microstakes, but the economy in my country is messed up.

I'm ready to grind from plo25 again, with 1.5k bankroll lol. (we live with 200$ monthly here)

Do you think it was a smart move or idiot?

I always tought paying rent was stupid. Now I will skip that chapter of my financial life.

If politics in my country get better, It will be a great investment, if not, then it will be bad.

You ask if it's a good investment but you give us nothing to work with.. How much did you pay and how much can you rent it for? How much did you pay for renting before?

Given a good enough timeline buying RE is rarely bad but it depends on your country I guess.
