I would like to know if you have informations for creating an investment corporation.
I have determined my investment strategy, and I think propose an average yield between 4 - 5% per year. I don't know what is the best structure for a minimum costs. Normally I don't need to register with the SEC because my investment company focus isn't in public stocks or bonds.
