Quick question, are INC registered companies obliged to show their revenue reports if someone ask for it? I need to find out how much a certain company generated in 2010 and they are a INC registered company, could I simple email and ask for their revenue report?

if a publicly traded company (nasdaq, NYSE, et all) then yes. all others are private and you can ask, but most won't tell you a thing. why would they, its a private concern.

yeah it has nothing to do with INC; if public then you have full disclosure, if not, depends on the company and who you are.
