While yes, ebooks are an incredibly important part of the industry, they are still printing more physical books than ever before. The death of the physical book, to this point, has been greatly exaggerated. Not saying that ebooks won't replace physical books, but at this point they are acting much more like complimentary products than replacements. I'm sure there are a ton of explanations for this, but it's really interesting to me.
All that said, any book seller not focusing on an ebook strategy is doing a huge disservice to themselves and their business.
