Help/Adivce wanted. Skrillcard cloned. Skrill refuses to cover damage.

Recently my skrillcard was cloned at an ATM and I was debited around €500 before I noticed it and blocked my card.
I had to go through weeks of calls and emails back and forth until a few days ago I was send a questionnaire with various questions.
1) Do you share your Skrill card information with another person (e.g. family member)?
2) Did you use your Skrill card at a place you never used before prior to the unauthorized transactions?
3) Did you leave your card out of sight for an extended period of time e.g. Restaurant, Cafe?
4) Did you use your card outside of your country of residence prior to the unauthorized transactions?
5) Do you use your card for online purchases and if so where?
6) Do you have any suspicion or recall any incident that made you suspicious were the card might have been compromised?
7) Can you confirm the last genuine usage with your Skrill card?
8) Where have you been on 5th and 6th of May, 2017 while the fraudulent transactions were made?
my answers to that:
1: I occasionally share my card with my girlfriend
2: Yes, I used my skrillcard at an ATM in (..), I have never used it at that place.
3: Never.
4: Yes. In (..)
5: I use my card online for a lot of things, never had any problems and have not bought anything from a new merchant in a while.
6: Yes. I think my card was cloned while using an ATM at (..)
7: I tried to use it Friday the 5th of May when I was unable to withdrawal money from an ATM at (..) I called and wrote support. I was not aware that my card was cloned at that point. I thought there may be something wrong with my card, that somehow the card was blocked in the casino. I realized the fraud when the next day I was checking my account and more money has gone missing.
8: I was in (..) at my girlfriends place, both days I also was in the casino.
to which they answered:
We would like to inform you that according to the accepted by you Skrill Prepaid MasterCard Terms and Conditions, section 7.1 “You should treat your Skrill Card like cash and keep it safe at all times. The Skrill Card is personal to you and you must not let anyone else use it” and section 8.4 "You will be liable for all losses, costs and expenses incurred by us or the Card Issuer in respect of an unauthorised payment transaction where you have acted fraudulently or have with intent or gross negligence failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions"
Based on the information that you have shared your Skrill card details with other people we can confirm that you did not meet your T&C obligations.
Therefore, your request for refund has been declined, your Skrill card is cancelled and your case is closed.
I do see that sharing my card w my girlfriend, or admitting that
, was a stupid thing to do, but obviously has absolutely nothing to do with my card being cloned. Is there something that I can do?
