I don't care if I have to verify my identity and don't care if they offer other methods of deposit/transfer. I just want a site that offers bank account transfers to buy bitcoin that takes less than three days and is less than 1% fee. Does such a site exist? I don't want to do any type of person to person cash exchange. It must be a bank transfer. I used to have circle and blockchain. It took like 1 hour and fees were like less than 0.5%. I have since moved to coinbase and it takes like a week and charges 1.5% fee. I have done a quick google search to no avail. Yes, I'm a bit of a newb so please don't poke fun.

Not under both of those time and fee conditions that I am aware of. You can bank wire to an exchange like Kraken in one day and you may have a low or no bank wire fee, but it is a bit of a hassle.
