Anyone else have issues such as this?
Will find out pretty quickly as I requested my first one to same bank earlier today.

What's the best way to protect your bitcoins? I wouldn't feel comfortable having $20k+ just sitting in blockchain but I'd be interested in using a more secure method if I thought holding several bitcoins was a good bet short term.

BTC made a solid breakout above the 61.8 retracement fib line from the old time highs. Looking bullish as all hell. Can't help but correlate the acceptance of BTC in online poker to the rise. Granted poker acceptance on US sites was also about the time of the halving, but are big winning players acumulating some on the side via cashouts? Are big site owners like Calvin Ayre accumulating it because they see how useful it is? Looks like organic adoption is driving this sucker.

BTW.... I'm loading the F up

Are there any practical way that PBOC could step in and screw things up outside of strengthening the yuan or rolling back capital controls. Limit ways to buy? Not familiar with how one buys in CNY. BTC making a run at 6100 right now.

Sick run. I hope it consolidates here for a while, I don't want bitcoin to go parabolic again before segwit, etf or lightning

I hope Bitcoins goes parabolic now. I want to see $1+ transaction fees and long confirmation times for average users so that the irrational miners finally realize that we need to increase the block size or that more and more transaction move to other chains such as Ethereum which can handle >6k tps today. Worst case for me is a long stalemate where nothing happens which we did see 2016, Bitcoin needs to scale and the sooner the lower that risk that something else gets network effects. Bitcoin went from being antifragile to being perceived as fragile, which was a stupid thing to do. I want to see chaos and the honey badger rising again!

Ethereum is a **** currency and a **** payment network.

$1 fees will just prove people are perfectly willing to pay for it.

Hopefully SegWit can activate so we can scale a little short term, and LN solves the low fee/instant case.

seems like Segwit adoption has been slow. Stuck in the 25-30% range. Long ways from 95...

I'm verified at Circle and Coinbase, just wondering what else might be available. They seem pretty strict anymore and I'd rather not set off any red flags with Uncle Sam and his goons.
i bought 2k worth at Xapo wallet. Only site i found that accepts neteller. they did charge 130$ fee for 2k deposit from neteller but their prices are way better than coinmama for example even with that fee included.
