If you take into account the hours of labor that go into this type of business, the costs and risks, I'd be shocked if the returns are anything higher than say having an average job and investing the proceeds in junk bonds or something like that. It is more scalable but the bigger it gets the more time it will take from you, except if you hire people. But then the returns should go down a ton and resemble more like a illiquid high yield bond
