I can't believe he found someone to swallow that tripe.

But I guess the misfortune of others just brings you all so much joy.

You're all ****ed in the head.
lol

Hard to agree with the opinions of a man who wasted over a year of his life trying to lose weight eating fast food and doing one push up a day....

He who acts as his own lawyer has a fool for a client.

Seriously: Dusty, your unwillingness to hire a lawyer for something you claim is so near and dear to you leaves me wondering about just what's between your ears. To revisit something I wrote earlier, "representing yourself in court is one of the surest ways to get your ass handed to you I know of". And although all we have to go on is what's reported in the oregonlive article, it sure looks like you were done in by a misinformed interpretation of just what constitutes a contract, an issue that a lawyer would have sniffed out for you at the outset. Dude, if you're serious about this, get yourself some real legal representation: you can afford it, and god knows the USGA has big-boy lawyers looking to squish you. Much of the general population is probably unaware of the following, but a disproportionate portion of a judge's ruling is informed by which party pisses him/her off the most, and dealing with a fumbling amateur when he's got a crowded docket of other important sht to deal with will typically result in a swift kick in the butt. The USGA attorneys are off somewhere high-fiving each other and hoping you don't wisen up before your case comes up for dismissal. I'm rooting for you to get this nonsense repealed, but it ain't gonna happen if you keep trying to play Troy McLure.

I have no idea why but there is a story about him in a popular finnish tabloid.

http://www.iltasanomat.fi/urheilu/uu...asp?id=1717312

It pretty much says everything about this situation with playing poker and golf troubles.

Unless this judge is simply bored out of his mind, no chance this goes to trial. MTD will be granted, I'm sure. He can waste his time appealing to 9th Circuit and Supreme Court but he has a better chance of winning the lottery (twice) then getting any sympathetic ears for this frivolous and absurd case.
