Thanks
You are correct it was unprofessional and the dealer/my roommate should have pulled from the box.

This does not take away from the awesomeness of the dealer calling out an a$$hole that has been berating dealers for years and is one of the most disliked players in the game. To do this on one of the biggest stages in what could have been Monnette's shinning moment makes the dealer a hero to all who have ever had to endure this man's douchebagery.

he is out now. Seems like he wasnt happy with some dealer coming to the table, the floar man told him the dealer did nothing wrong, should there not be some penalty for this behaviour.

If anybody deserves to be slow-rolled (which she obviously didn't do intentionally), it's Monnette.

He's like the Mcenroe of poker without his standing in the game to justify all his rants.

Re: Why is John Monnette considered a douche??

there was also a story on the pokernews feed about a "player," in fact a "bracelet winner" who was being a douche earlier in the tournament. sounds like monnette to me.

Berating dealers has to be the lowest of the low.
