Clearly it's much harder for 1 person with only a hand held camera to achieve that kind of intra Vlog variety of content.
I'm probably biased, and it's all subjective anyway, but I found Daniel's videos embarrassingly self-indulgent, even by lifestyle vlog standards! Unironic piano music, preachiness, mundane errands, self aggrandizing posturing... just really hard to watch.

Well, let's talk about what I want to watch, since I think asking why and not just what makes conversation more interesting. I am interested in watching a vlogger who is primarily a cash game rather than tournament player, who plays at stakes that I might play, and who plays live and not online. I am not interested in watching prop betting and degen behavior.

To be clear, I play a style that I would describe as tighter and less aggressive than Andrew Neeme, with a more boring lifestyle. I don't enjoy being around people who are at the opposite end of the spectrum.

I watch Neeme and Owen because of that. I also watch Pokerkraut because he seems like a nice guy and goes to a lot of different poker rooms. I watch other vloggers, but so far those are my favorites.

Boski and Pokermonk are top two for me. Third probably is Owen narrowly over Neeme.

You're biased but that doesn't mean you're wrong. The man is insufferable. Every word out of his mouth is hackneyed, new age self-help garbage. He's 43 years old and still has no idea who he is. When Daniel asked his hot girlfriend what she wants for her birthday I bet she answered ear plugs. And she returned the favor by buying him butt plugs.

1-Trooper-He has been a bit grumpy lately but I still emjoy them.
2-Andrew Nemme-seems like a nice guy.
3-Hello7027-him not being in Vegas is a plus. Very relatable in being a weekend warrior.

They're gone forever.

Do any of them provide a bankroll update on every vlog they do? I think the one who would that would retain their viewers the best because, although his content eventually gets stale, his bankroll keeps fluctuating. And that's something interesting to continually track imo.

Trooper tells results after every session. People have been tracking his results for more than 2 years now. I'm sure Dream Crusher will post results here
PokerKraut is also doing a bankroll challenge after he went "broke".
And Boski blogs about all the tourneys he plays, so I think you can track his results as well.

I enjoy Andrew Neeme's vlog the best. I'm not watching for advanced training, and so don't care if the cash game advice isn't always rock solid. His vids have the highest production values - the Vegas photography (and Cali, when he's there) is sweet, the occasional timelapse is cool [loved the Bellagio fountains set to music], the music scores work, the visual tours of the Strip properties and downtown are enjoyable, and he's got a personality one can root for.

Polk's vids give cool insight into his thought processes, but the production leaves something to be desired, and I could really do without another 10 minute single-viewpoint opening stretch of Doug driving and pontificating.

Is that supposed to be your impression of me? I rarely click on any thread besides the high stakes thread. Real poker, not Neeme isoing the fish with AK for the 7000th time and talking about how interesting and favorable it was.

Good poker is often boring poker.

This.

I'm having the best poker year of my life and I'm bored to shreds after 100 hrs/month of poker. Bankroll is fat, but quite bored.

Can someone post the cliffs on this? I don't watch his blog, it's never appealed to me, all I know is I do see him on the south Strip from time to time. He went broke?

After the poker room he was dealing at closed, he busted his poker bankroll. So he has basically started from scratch. He's not broke, but he is/was poker broke. Not sure if he's doing an actual bankroll challenge but he is keeping track of his new bankroll(I don't think there's a goal in mind). Pretty sure he's driving for Lyft part-time as well now.

Edit: he can't be too broke, he was staked for the VLoggers game and donated his half of the winnings to a homeless shelter.

Ah, ok, thanks. How long ago was all this?
