I am not too sure if this guy counts, but I always remember Rizen doing pretty well on the MTT scene back on paradise.... I feel like there were bigger MTT giants back then for sure, but he always stuck out to me.

Nizzles was rumoured to be prahald friendman and destroyed everyone on prima poker, except ram vaswami who in turn cleaned him out.

Grandiose and Spirit Rock had a hu "im the best internet player" match on UB around 02/03. SR took it down and dominated online poker as "the best player" until green plastic came along (although the title didn't pass to GP it seemed to pass to Brian Townsend instead?)

Not sure who was the best player but I doubt anyone won more money than Larsluzak did in those 250/500 NL games on Betfair.

He won many of the millions millions back in the day. Greek & Italian fish. Oh man I miss those Greeks. Lord God. You could just sit there for the day fold fold fold and then when you played a hand (obviously with something huge duh) they would just fire money at you. I wouldn't even consider it real poker tbh....but if people are giving it away then who is going to say no? That terrible player Feldman basically won all of his money against Greeks.

(Probably most of these Luzak winnings were post 2004 though tbh. Thought it still worth a mention?)
