This is a great movie, highly recommended. I think many people above saying X or Y is the best gambling movie ever likely have not seen this. It did not do a big box office because it is full of extreme violence, drug use, corruption, sacrilege, and depraved aspects of humanity.
The book "Double Down" (Barthelme) is really worth reading. I actually just finished it yesterday.
