I am a member.

Petition signed. Have not had much access to internet lately for personal reasons, but always have time to sign.

Someone running for the U.S. Senate out of Texas posted a response indicating his belief that online poker is a states' rights issue. There's interesting discussion: http://www.facebook.com/permalink.ph...85283361501471

Re: The Thursday Action: Let's take just three min. to demand inclusion in the transportation b

Thursday, March 8, 2012

Let's keep demanding action on online poker licensing legislation. For today, let's continue telling the Senate Commerce, Science, & Transportation Committee and the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee that we want poker licensing added to the transportation bill:
  1. Supporter Rep. Mike Capuano posted his support for HR 2366 on his FB wall! Let's be sure to thank him HERE.
  2. Let's send House Transportation Committee members NEW tweets: HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, and HERE.
  3. Let's make and like pro-poker posts on the Facebook walls of Senate Transportation Committee members Sen. Jay Rockefeller (chair) HERE, Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison (ranking member) HERE, Sen. Jim DeMint HERE, Sen. Dean Heller HERE, Sen. Frank Lautenberg HERE, Sen. Bill Nelson HERE, and Sen. Marco Rubio HERE.
  4. Let's leverage the poker petition by sending Sen. Reid, Sen. McConnell, Sen. Kyl, Rep. Boehner, and Rep. Cantor NEW tweets on that: HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, and HERE.
  5. Let's send a NEW prefilled tweet promoting today's action plan HERE, and let's share today's action HERE on our own Facebook walls.
Please reply in this thread with "signed', "tweeted", "done", etc.to encourage others to participate. The past 175 actions have generated triple-digit participation, and the past two actions generated four-figure participation, so let's keep it growing. Thanks!

--------------

If you wish to do more today, please consider making and liking pro-poker posts on the Facebook walls of Senate Transportation Committee members. Thanks!

It happens to me a sometimes. Simply hit "back" and try again. It usually goes through the second time around.
