his blog is fine, but as a paid employee of PSO, which is owned by PokerStars, I see it as a conflict of interest.

Casino's don't let their employees play the games there for the same reason. It's all conflict of interest.

Who cares? If his blog is good, he should be able to win. You really think they are going to righ the total election just to give some moderator $5k? Don't be such an attentionwhore and just be happy for the guy. They shouldn't ban you for asking questions but I don't really think anyone cares.
