Something kinda similar happened at South Point when the UTG player ($980 stack) jokingly said, "All-in", as he was folding his hand. The dealer stopped the player from pushing his hand in the muck as she said, "Do you really want to muck when you're all-in?" He replied, "It was a joke!" The floor came over and a ruled that he his all-in would stand. He instantly put his hand on his head in agony, and clearly wished that everyone would fold. The hi-jack player ($740 stack) tanked, but finally made the call. Everyone else folded.
The board read: 2-5-9-J-4
The hi-jack player flipped over A-K for ace high, and the forced all-in player tabled 6-2 for a pair of deuces.
