As bad as this sounds I actually agree with him here. (besides his crying and acting like a baby about it) It is annoying when you hear two pair and you figure a pair using the board. Since it's usually a situation where the other person obviously has at least a pair also. Since the pair on the board is both of your's.

Most ppl do call there pocket pair as there hand.

IMO: If your on PAD you should know better than to do this it is kind of slowrollish not an angle though.

Flame away if you want but I think it's bad etiquette.

It depends on the intent of the declarer and I very much disagree with your assessment of how often it's intended to misrepresent one's hand. I'd say 5% of the time at most this is an angle.

No, a person with K8 will recognize his hand as a 2 pair hand almost always, and will wait to see what 2 pair his opponent has, but a person with KQ might overlook the pair on board and fold to an inferior, improperly called hand, Plus, it delays play by making people play the reveal game, even when the angle doesn't work.

I don't know, I've played a lot of live poker, and it is almost always done by shady characters. I'm for sure on the angle side of this conversation.

It's stupid since the next question is always which two pair...

I find a lot of old people announce this way out of habit, not so much angle shooting.. So it'd be hard for me to spot an angle shooter as opposed to an old fish.

I hate it when players say their actual hand strength at showdown, so sick and often makes me start tilting like a f donkey.

well op is right as far as how annoying the guessing game can get on a showdown, "you got a pair?" "yea" "how high?" etc, etc. So I can agree with the annoying aspect.

This is the price you pay to play with live idiots. Deal with it.

Also, option #2 should be "sometimes an angle". Angling requires some element of intent, and you can't "kinda" intend to make somebody muck the winner. Some people use it as an angle, but most are just really that retarded.

Why can't you just say "ace ten" or "jack high spades" (your hole cards, not hand strenght). Saying "I have two pair" on 228TK board doesn't really tell you anything either.
