I dont know all the rules but I do know if you make the majority of the people at a game uncomfortable and they complain to the floor. a business is going to rightfully ask you to leave. Simple enough?
You host a game in a casino licensed and regulated by the State of California and you don't know all the rules? Shouldn't you at least know the rules regarding excluding people from your game since you brag about that all the time where it becomes a matter of public record? You are on record saying you'd make something up to bar someone. You can't do that. You insinuate you can bar someone just because you don't like them in your game. That doesn't sound right either. Our tax dollars go to license and regulate that casino and I don't think you can exclude people based solely on your preferences and in light of your statements I think making up something that everyone agrees to may not work as well as you think.
But c'mon you aren't trying to exclude anyone from that game anyway, the more bodies the more money for you. You are just trying to sound like it's a real juicy private game that everyone wants to get in. Like the other poster said if that was true there would be no need to advertise. I see your fish playing at Commerce anyway.
If you are actively recruiting players to play in your game I think Commerce has a reasonable basis to think you might approach their players and can reasonably bar you and it's not because you are a good poker player.
