U need to ask for more $ than what the pot was. You should never of had to do this, you take extra time out of your life to fix someone's **** UP!!!! Demand an extra couple of thousand or say you will file a complaint against them.

Its disgraceful how Phil acts after the hand. If that had happened and I had gotten shipped the pot with a losing hand I would tell them to sit out while I called UB and straightened this out...hes one of their headline pros for godsake and he acts like this!?!? He shoulda stopped right then and there and gotten to the bottom of this....I woulda demanded games to have been stopped til this was figured out and resolved if I were Phil....just wow....there are no words for this happening or how Phil acted...

The way the hand was played and the chat almost seems like it wasn't Phil playing. However either way he has a lot of explaining to do. I used to think Phil was one of the more honest players but that has certainly changed since he stuck with UB and now this.

The way the hand was played almost seemed like the player was building a pot knowing it was going to be shipped to them. It's hard to believe Phil would be this dumb. The only way i will have any respect for him again is if he leaves UB immediately.

I emailed Ulimate Bet as soon i created this I am yet to still hear a reply from them.

Imagine if this happened in a major tourny on there site you are 2nd in chips only trailing by 100 or so you and the chip leader mingle with say 15 players remaining you win pot gets but it awarded to the chip leader what happens then ?!?! and your out in 15th

Don't get why so many people are flaming PH, do you guys seriously think PH somehow caused the software to ship him the pot? Might have just been a software glitch or something. PH OBV knows there's railtards railing him 24/7, so why would he do it under his name and lie about DB winning the KQ hand? Maybe he wasn't paying to much attention or something...
