Re: Ultimate Bet

sigh at UB dropping a guy that isn't a tool like all the other pros they have signed. Johnnybax was a piece of gold in the large turd that is UB. I seriously would not be surprised in them signing someone like Mike Tyson or Barry Bonds. UB is a joke. Then again i'd rather have dikes such as Tiff and Annie rep mu company then Bax anyday.

Re: Ultimate Bet

lol@some of u guys for thinking Bax was man enough to leave UB by himself.

They kicked him out.....THEY didn't want him.

I too lost a lot of respect for Bax and dropped all PXF affiliation after hearing of the signing. Him getting kicked out was just KARMA in the making. Sigh that he will still always be laughing his way to the bank. He still owns life and is an idol to many, but his lack of morals for 'signing' (lol) the deal is beyond despicable for someone of his caliber...../bs.

How is his signing with them immoral?

I wonder how many people in this thread would really turn down UB if they were offered a substantial amount of money, my guess is: not many.

If you really are that slow that you have to question the morality aspect of promoting a site that has directly cheated its customers out of millions of dollars, I'd have to say it probably isn't your fault. I'd blame it on your parents and ultimately the makeup of your genetics.

It's just disgusting that the 'godfather of online poker' had to scoop to that level. Karma moves around.....oh wait, that was supposed to be the end of the bs. Have a good day and good luck.

I guess we have different understandings of the definition of immoral.

not too long ago you wrote this whoever you are...I have seen u on UB marked as a pro...other than that no clue

Re: Ultimate Bet

lol all you haters cereusly need to chill. Cliff was the man before you guys even knew there was poker on the internet. He's earned the right to do pretty much whatever he ***** wants. Who cares if he took a deal from a shady company. I'm sure if any of you had his success you would strongly consider accepting a similar deal.

There is not alot of people that turn down sponsorship deals. Guys like Rizen saying that money is not an issue when accepting these deals is BS. Money will always be an issue.

I was there for the phone conversation and can attest that this is the case.

They called him and openly renegged on their agreement without explanation and should be ashamed for doing so imo.

That is all.

Re: Ultimate Bet

The games have never been better on UB than this past month. Yeah they're scummy, douchey, etc but I gotta get my dolla up nom sayin

Also, cashouts are super fast.

That said I won't be playing there in '09
