It is also the only domain that is registered to the player instead of being registered to Game Theory LTD.

Annie duke claimed in her book per the op in the last UB thread that iovation/ielogic/whatever name the company was operating under approached her in 2000 to work w/them. At what time in 200 did they approach her? On Feb 15 2000 Annieduke.com and Russhamilton.com were both created.

This certainly doesn't prove anything, but I think with all the info that has been brought to light, this is something that needs to be included.

Timeline probably went something like;
1. Russ Hamilton sells UB.
2. Russ Hamiltom buys AP.
3. Russ asks AP High Level Programmer(HLP) how he can afford such a nice house.
4. HLP tells Russ how he did it and that UB, where he used to work, had the same deal going.
5. Russ Buys UB again.

This is how it looks to me. Big name pros along with marketing and a few other members bring in poker players who just want to play. Real Ceo (not one hiding behind false transactions aimed at hiding from UIEGA) Hires people to create "SUPERUSERS" to steal customers money. Superusers and Bot monies are Consolidated into an account called Fred wich redistributes Money to Big name pros and Criminals involved in crime as well as a way to pay people for services or products under the table.

So what is the endgame here? I, for one would love to see this company taken down, never to be seen again. I want to see all of the scumbags held accountable for all of this mess, from the CEOs all the way down to the pawns and celebrity endorsers. Having Ultimate Bet go bankrupt would make me so utterly happy, the only problem being, that with all of the cheated money floating around out there, the only way we have any chance of getting any back is if UB thinks it can rebound from this mess. Why would UB pay anyone off if the sky is falling (trust me it is) Everyone should get their money off of UB ASAP, false promises of future cheating refunds, which may or may not clear in the near future.
What do you think the over/under on UB remaining in business after the 60 minutes expose?
Do you think that UB has any chance at all of becoming a major player in the online gambling market, and if not then why would they even bother with refunds? I cannot figure out what the UB endgame is either, at some point some scapegoat is going to have to fall on the sword, so that UB can turn the page and start over.
Full disclosure should be the very minimum here, unfortunately I fear we will never fully realize the whole scope of this deception. I am sure that this has been going on for much longer than anybody suspects. UB needs to be shut down, the fact that they haven't been proves that an industry like this absolutely needs oversight.

I keep thinking back to Annie Duke giving her testimony before congress when they were trying to legalize internet gambling last year. Of all the pro players the poker industry picks to give testimony is someone who reps a site that cheated users out of millions. gg legalized internet poker.

If indeed all of this is true (and even for me it looks quite damning). You would be vastly overrating what I could possibly do.
